When creative partners Aaron Pratt, Matthew Wright and Erin Brooks came together to form a theatrical management company, the task was simple: create an experience of solid practice and fresh perspective in theatrical management to match the passion, dedication and creativity of the people that make it happen everyday. Ironically, we found the answer was also pretty simple: bring Good People together.
We believe that when Good People come together, great things can happen. Our company was founded on that principle.
With diverse backgrounds, our team has years of experience with productions ranging from Festivals to Broadway. No matter what your budget, we have the background necessary to achieve your success.
Aaron received his BFA from East Carolina University and has worked in New York City in theatrical consulting, general management and branding since 2009. His production credits are diverse, including plays and musicals and ranging from festivals to showcases, readings to Broadway. Some of Aaron’s production credits include: How to Succeed in Business… (Broadway), The Irish Repertory Theatre: A Childs Christmas in Wales (Off-Broadway), North Atlantic  starring Tony nominee Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll & Hyde) and Ellen Harvey (How to Succeed...), Disenchanted, Chopsticks and Dirty Laundry, A Dance for Rylie and The Pursuit of Mr. Rockefeller. Matthew is honored to be a part of the Good People Team. Matthew is a Midwest transplant from Bloomington Illinois where he earned his undergraduate degree in Theatre Management from Illinois State University. While in Illinois Matthew had the opportunity to work as the Director of Operations for the Illinois Shakespeare festival and directed and produced dozens of productions for various community Playwrights. Since his time in New York Matthew has had the opportunity to work in both non-profit and commercial theatre, as well as produce and general manage productions of various sizes. Currently Matthew works for one of the leading Broadway Producing and General Management firms.
Erin Wegner Brooks attended Towson University where she studied Music Industry and Vocal Performance. She was the Program Administrator for the summer Opera Camp at the Washington National Opera and worked for the Choral Arts Society of Washington D.C. before moving to New York to pursue a career in theatre. She has performed on Broadway National Tours, Off-Broadway, in Las Vegas, for the Walt Disney Company, at regional theatres around the country, and has been seen on national commercials. Erin worked as a marketing apprentice for TheatreFest, as a casting intern for J&R Creative, and was the casting director for the first production of Next To Normal  in NYC since the Broadway run. Producing credits include the Off-Broadway show Flanagans Wake, Dare to Dream: Inspiration from the Broadway Songbook (which played to sold out houses in NYC, Baltimore, and Washington DC) and the webseries Living G Free in NYC.
At the end of the day, we are GOOD PEOPLE. Fun, approachable, down to earth, Good People who attract and enjoy working with other GOOD PEOPLE. It’s as simple as that.
